Today, every advisory firm needs to be able to give their clients clear and timely data whether you are on the phone or by email.  Additionally, you will want to keep records of your correspondence and regulators require documentation of certain communications. 

IAA is the one-stop shop for the infrastructure needed to run an efficient, scalable, and profitable advisory firm.  

Reporting

Portfolio and performance reporting has become a standard deliverable to ensure client satisfaction. IAA's reporting is an easy to use, up-to-date, accurate, and administered solution.

Advisors have daily returns and various reports available at the advisor, household, and account level.  These analytics can be conveniently viewed in the Advisor Desktop.  You can also aggregate, advise on, and report outside holdings to make you stand out among the client's other advisors as a holistic wealth manager.

Client access is also made available for secure access to the daily data, quarterly reports and invoices. The client access portal may be branded with your logo.

CRM

Most advisor oriented CRM products include many extra features that make the use of the CRM a hassle.  The Advisor Desktop CRM is a user-friendly web-based application to track meetings, calls, and notes of your client interaction.  CRM usage typically leads to more consistent client service and more content clients. 

Clients can be grouped by household for a unified view of your contacts.  Tagging clients in the CRM allows for quick access to a chosen cross-section of your client base.  

Archived Email

Per SEC and state regulation, written communication must be retained for review.  We provide advisors with email built into IAA's Advisor Desktop that archives all messages.  The archive is searchable for specific terms or attachments in designated time-frames and can export for delivery to an examiner.

Document Center

Separate from the storage capabilities in the CRM for notes or Reporting system for quarterly reports and invoices, the Advisor Desktop can be your online document management tool.  The Document Center is a web-based system with the familiar folder structure for storing client files, corporate files, working documents, or can be used with clients to bi-directionally share files.

Security and Continuity

Your Advisor Desktop is a secure system administered by IAA employees. Data is stored on mirrored arrays, backed up to an offsite location several times a day. The data centers are protected by managed firewalls, redundant network connections, camera surveillance, biometric security, and diesel backup generators to secure important client data and keep it accessible to you. The data center is SAS 70 Type II compliant. SAS 70 Type II provides assurance that the control objectives and control activities examined by an independent accounting and auditing firm. The audit report enables organizations to demonstrate that they have adequate controls and safeguards when they host or process data belonging to their customers. SAS 70 is not a certificate, but an opinion on the nature of those controls.

In the event of a disaster at the data centers, advisors will be provided alternate methods of communication with IAA.
