Portfolio and performance reporting has become a standard deliverable to ensure client satisfaction. IAA's reporting is an easy to use, up-to-date, accurate, and administered solution.
Advisors have daily returns and various reports available at the firm, household, and account level. You can also aggregate, advise on, and report outside holdings to make you stand out among the client's other advisors as a holistic wealth manager.
The integrated Document Vault
A Client Portal is also made available for secure access to the daily data, quarterly reports and invoices. The Client Portal may be branded with your logo and there is a mobile app for client use.
Our CRM offering is built on the vTiger platform (a fifteen year old company utilized by more than 300,000 business around the globe) to provide a user-friendly web-based application to track meetings, calls, and notes of your client interaction. Most advisor oriented CRM products include many extra features that make the use of the CRM a hassle. CRM usage typically leads to more consistent client service and more content clients.
Clients can be grouped by household for a unified view of your contacts. Tagging clients in the CRM allows for quick access to a chosen cross-section of your client base.
CRM users can also use the mobile app available for android and iOS devices.
Secured and Archived Email
Per SEC and state regulation, written communication must be retained for review. We provide advisors with email that archives all messages. The archive is searchable for specific terms or attachments in designated time-frames and can export for delivery to an examiner.
Access is available via web, smartphone, or email clients.
Coming soon, we will be adding layers of security to the email service with Advanced Threat Protection that uses machine learning to analyze global threats and protect from malware and ransomware in real-time. Additionally, to protect data from being inadvertently sent by email, data loss protection filters are implemented to restrict, quarantine, or encrypt the messages that contain sensitive data. Encrypted messages can also be forced by the sender to store the message on secure HTTPS web access for the recipient to retrieve.
Security and Continuity
IAA engages vendors and processors that have certain controls in place for data security and use authorization methods that enforce the neds of IAA and it's clients. In addition to the vendor's backup procedures, IAA utilizes two additional backup services for data we retain. The data centers are protected by managed firewalls, redundant network connections, camera surveillance, biometric security, and diesel backup generators to secure important client data and keep it accessible to you. Data centers are SOC 2 Type II or SAS 70 Type II compliant. These certifications provide assurance that the control objectives and control activities are examined by an independent accounting and auditing firm. The audit report enables organizations to demonstrate that they have adequate controls and safeguards when they host or process data belonging to their customers. Neither is a certificate, but an opinion on the nature of those controls. Data is encrypted in transit through all aspects of IAA via SSL or TLS security.
In the event of a disaster at the data centers, advisors will be provided alternate methods of communication with IAA.
